WE DELIVER AUSTRALIA WIDE

 

How much is delivery?

Our standard delivery to anywhere in Australia is $10.00, no matter how many items you purchase.

 

Do you offer express post?

Yes, we do for an extra $5.00 we will express post your purchase.

 

How long does delivery take?

Every effort is made for orders placed and paid for before 2pm to be posted that same day, however due to high volume of orders it may not be until the next business day at the very latest.

Standard post delivery usually takes between 2 – 5 business days

And express post between 2 – 3 business days.

All orders are sent with a tracking number that is emailed to you along with a notification that your order has been sent.

You can track your order online at www.auspost.com.au/track.

 

I haven’t received my order. What do I do?

If you haven’t received your order outside of the estimated delivery time

(see above) please contact us immediately.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a different address other then my billing address?

Yes, please select the option to have your items delivered to a different address to your billing one on checkout and type in the address it is to be sent to.

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

How do I make an exchange or return?

 Rachel Jayne will gladly return/exchange or give a store credit for any item that was the wrong size*, was faulty or not what you ordered providing good are returned within 14 days to us in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unwashed, NO perfume smells, stains, odours and unworn)

Please print and fill in the RETURNS FORM (download) and

include it in with your returned items.

*Return postage for items that are the wrong size is at your own expense.

Please take care when choosing sizes and refer to our size chart.

 

Please note we are not responsible for lost returns so we recommend a postage service that allows you to track your item such as a pre-paid satchel or registered option. Ask at your nearest post office they will be able to advise you.

 

 I received an item that is faulty or wasn’t what I ordered. What do I do?

 Please contact as straight away if you have received a faulty item. We will immediately replace or refund items (including all postage costs). for faulty items we request that you send us a picture of the fault by email so we can forward it to our manufacture, there is generally no need to return the item to us. Once we have received the picture we can send out a replacement to you straight away.

 If we’ve sent you the wrong item we will send you a reply paid satchel and the correct item. We would appreciate it if you could pop the incorrect item into the satchel provided and pop it into any Australia Post Box.
